A production deals and advertisement platform for the Sri Lankan market, live on a custom domain with payments, transactional email, and OAuth.
The project
A full-stack deals and advertising platform shipped to production on a custom domain (offeritz.lk). Built on Next.js and Supabase, it covers listings, categories, payments, authentication, and transactional email end to end.
The challenge
The product started on a Next.js + Express + MongoDB + Cloudinary stack that was expensive to operate and awkward to scale. It also needed real payments, verified email delivery, and social login before it could go live for real users.
The solution
I led a full-stack migration to Next.js + Supabase (PostgreSQL) + Cloudflare R2, deployed on Railway's Singapore region for low regional latency. I integrated PayHere payments, Resend transactional email with DNS/SPF/DKIM verification, and Google OAuth with account-linking, and handled SEO through Google Search Console.
