A complete e-commerce gifting solution built with Next.js, Express, and MongoDB. The platform lets people plan collaborative surprise gifts while giving the business full control over orders and fulfilment.

The challenge
The product needed secure multi-step authentication, real payments, and a way for two operational roles — admin and delivery staff — to manage orders without stepping on each other.

I built JWT authentication with OTP verification and Stripe payments, then layered role-based access across admin and delivery-staff roles with real-time order tracking and automated email reminders.
